Christine Smith, PhD, CHPC

Bridging Research-Based Science & Healthy Lifestyle Choices

I love science, particularly the chemistry that takes place in our bodies.  I love education because I know it is a key to improving people’s lives.  I also love food and have been obsessed with it since my earliest memories when I was a three-year-old living in France.  And I love people, especially those who are brave enough to march to their own drumbeat.  Together this brings me to a place where I am a scientist-educator-health coach who wants to share her passions with others and help the world become a healthier and happier place.

Christine's PhD is from the Department of Molecular Biophysics & Biochemistry at Yale University and for over 15 years, she taught college-level General Chemistry and Biochemistry.  She is a Certified Human Potential Coach (CHPC) and is working towards Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accreditation through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Christine's background and experience allow her to understand in a deep way the science relevant to many chronic diseases facing our society today.  Please note, Christine is not a medical doctor and therefore does not give medical advice.
